Service Description
30 min sessions are focus on what you need to improve, everything that you might need to play but in shorter time. For some of you might be too short, so go for an hour session! For others might be the perfect time for solving your doubts to practice during your self-practice time in the week. Our methodology adapts to the needs of every student, if you have doubts do not hesitate to contact us to ask what works better for you!

Cancellation Policy
Terms & Conditions (30-Minute Lessons) Lesson Packs Packs are available in 5 or 10 lessons, each 30 minutes long. Lessons focus on developing students’ musical skills through an integrated approach—the right tools to practice in your own time. Validity Period 5-Lesson Pack: Valid for 6 weeks from the first scheduled lesson. 10-Lesson Pack: Valid for 12 weeks from the first scheduled lesson. All lessons must be completed within the validity period. Unused lessons expire and cannot be refunded or carried over. Cancellations & Make-Up Lessons 5-Lesson Pack: Eligible for 1 make-up lesson if cancelled at least 12 hours in advance. 10-Lesson Pack: Eligible for up to 2 make-up lessons if cancelled at least 12 hours in advance. Cancellations outside these time frames will result in the lesson being forfeited unless a valid medical reason is provided. Make-up lessons must be scheduled within the pack’s validity period and are subject to teacher availability. Refunds & Transfers Packs are non-refundable and non-transferable, for the student they were purchased for. Teacher Cancellations If a teacher cancels, the lesson will be rescheduled at no additional cost. Commitment to Learning Regular attendance and practice are encouraged. Students are asked to arrive on time and bring their instrument and learning materials to support consistent progress.
