Cancellation Policy
Trial Lesson – Terms & Conditions Eligibility The free trial lesson is available only for new students who have not previously taken lessons. Booking Trial lessons must be booked in advance via contact through mobile or email. Each student is entitled to one trial lesson. Rescheduling Policy Trial lessons can only be rescheduled once. Rescheduling must be requested at least 2 hours before the scheduled lesson. If the student fails to provide at least 2 hours’ notice or misses the trial lesson, they cannot schedule another trial lesson. Rescheduled lessons are subject to teacher availability. Commitment to Learning Students are encouraged to arrive on time and prepared with any required instruments or materials. Teacher Cancellations If a teacher must cancel a trial lesson, it will be rescheduled.
