Cancellation Policy
Pay-As-You-Go Lesson – Terms & Conditions Lesson Payment Each lesson must be paid in advance via the link sent to you. Once payment is received, your time slot is secure. Lesson Validity Lessons must be taken within 7 days from the date of purchase. Lessons not attended or not rescheduled within this period will be forfeited and the fee cannot be refunded. Rescheduling Policy Lessons can only be rescheduled once. Rescheduling must be requested at least 2 hours before the scheduled lesson to avoid forfeiting the fee. Rescheduled lessons are subject to teacher availability and must also be completed within the 7-day validity. Commitment to Learning Students are encouraged to arrive on time and prepared with all necessary instruments and materials to make the most of their lesson. Teacher Cancellations If a teacher must cancel, the lesson will be rescheduled at no additional cost.
