Cancellation Policy
Little Musician Pack – Terms & Conditions Lesson Packs Parents may purchase lesson packs of 5 sessions or 10 sessions, each lesson being 45 minutes long. Lessons focus on developing your child’s musical skills through an integrated learning process, not only playing an instrument but nurturing creativity, focus, and confidence. Validity Period 5-Lesson Pack: Valid for 6 weeks from the date of the first scheduled lesson. 10-Lesson Pack: Valid for 12 weeks from the date of the first scheduled lesson. All lessons must be taken within the validity period. Unused lessons will expire and cannot be refunded or carried over. Cancellations & Make-Up Lessons 5-Lesson Pack: Eligible for 1 make-up lesson if cancellation is made at least 12 hours in advance. 10-Lesson Pack: Eligible for up to 2 make-up lessons, provided cancellations are made at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made outside these time frames will result in the lesson being forfeited and the full fee charged, unless due to a valid medical reason. Make-up lessons must be scheduled within the pack’s validity period and are subject to teacher availability. Refunds & Transfers Lesson packs are non-refundable once purchased. Packs are non-transferable and intended for the child they were purchased for. Teacher Cancellations If a teacher needs to cancel, the lesson will be rescheduled at no additional cost. Commitment to Learning To make the most of the Little Musician Pack, children should attend lessons regularly and bring their instrument, books, and learning materials. Parents are encouraged to support consistent practice at home to help children progress through the learning plan.
